Qari Company for education is a non-profit Saudi company working with non-profit e-learning field, through the creation and operation of electronic platforms that provide educational products and services for all ages in all disciplines, in order to raise and spread awareness and knowledge in society by providing high-quality distance education services, innovative methods with low fees appropriate for the majority of society.

Qari Company was founded at the beginning of 2023 AD after entry into force of the new corporate law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which established non-profit companies for the first time and regulated its operation way in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Qari Company is a non-profit company that provides all its educational services with low profit margin, to enable students get benefit from all educational programs and spread awareness and knowledge in society, and it spends the remaining profits in educational charitable banks that stipulated by the basic system in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi company system."
